The Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (DOK) is a government entity established in 2023 by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi. With a mandate to enhance the quality of education across all levels in the Emirate, DOK needed a digital platform to communicate its vision, programs, and strategic initiatives.
