THE CHALLENGE
RAKEZ’s VAS (Value-Added Services) team relied on a static PDF hosted on a subpage of the main RAKEZ website to showcase both their own services and their partner offerings.
  • No backend access: Every small update required regenerating and re-uploading the PDF
  • Outdated navigation: Services were listed in plain text with no structure or filtering
  • Key categories like banking setup, insurance, or legal support were hard to locate
  • The team lacked control and needed an independent, easily manageable portal
